Providers spend a lot of time gathering basic information from patients before diving into a diagnosis and devising a care plan. Some of this information can be collected ahead of the visit (and often is)—AI allows this to be done much more dynamically, reducing wasteful back-and-forth between patient and provider.

Attribute members to virtual care physicians, to be able to manage their care with a lot more touch points and automation than otherwise possible.

Analyzing electronic lab results can be a tedious parts of a provider's work. We built an AI integration that interprets an electronic lab result through our EHR system – surfacing an initial draft of review documentation for a virtual care provider. This effort simplifies the process and helps providers practice at the top of their license.

Providers spend a significant portion of their day “charting” i.e. documenting what happens during visits with patients. This is an important responsibility but many parts of it are rote or mundane.
